CRAVE, an award-winning Houston bakery that utilizes only the freshest ingredients to create handcrafted cupcakes, gourmet coffee and bakeshop treats.

CRAVE is widely recognized in Houston for serving delicious cupcakes. As a result, the main challenge for the agency has been delivering a message that CRAVE is more than just cupcakes. The agency has worked to educate consumers about other products CRAVE offers such as their gourmet coffee and bakeshop items.

    • In an effort to maximize exposure of CRAVE’s bakeshop items, The PR Boutique has been able to successfully secure segments on Houston’s daytime shows, including two Valentine’s Day segments on KPRC-TV NBC 2’s Houston Life and KHOU-TV CBS 11’s Great Day Houston. As a result of these segments, CRAVE sold-out of the featured bakeshop item ahead of the holiday for the first time ever.
    • The PR Boutique has been pivotal in facilitating media drops and partnerships with local influencers to raise awareness of CRAVE’s promotions across social media through the use of Instagram stories and giveaways.
    • To introduce consumers to CRAVE’s limited-time holiday offerings, The PR Boutique secured numerous media hits, including an in-depth feature of the bakeshop and co-owner Elizabeth Cooper.
